Porta 65 until the 35 years advances with light green of Marcelo

As previously mentioned, the Porta 65 rental program will even be extended to young people up to 35 years and in turn will have to rely on more money. Following unanimous approval in Parliament on 19 July, the President of the Republic said that he was in favor of that decision. Due to the increase in the budget allocation, changes to Porta 65 can only enter into force with the 2018 State Budget.
 

The green light of Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, focuses on the third amendment to Decree-Law no. 308/2007, of September 3, which creates the program to support youth rental. And the diploma results from a final text of the Committee on Environment, Spatial Planning, Decentralization, Local Power and Housing, following bills presented by PSD, CDS-PP, BE and PCP on the subject.
 

This program was launched in 2007, and its purpose is to support youth leasing. This consists of assigning a percentage of the rent as a monthly subsidy, which can be renewed for up to three years. It has as young beneficiaries between 18 and 35 years.
 

Applications that include minors and people with disabilities and who are in special locations are benefited.
